Visceral fat hangs beneath the muscles in your stomach. This placement is what makes the fat so damaging to your health. Because this fat is so close to your internal organs, it becomes their best energy source.

Now that you know what belly fat is and how it grows.Let us look at some way of cutting it down.Before we start,if you are thinking of getting slim and sexy overnight. Then this is the wrong notion you have in your mind . Everything good happens to you when you put in little effort to get it .

1. Exercise for around 30 minutes every day, 4 times a week.

Aerobics is a good way to exercise your body . If you are too obese, you can start by fast walking. Fast walking will help you get into a habit of doing workout.During exercise focus on your breathing. Breathing properly will give faster results and will keep your body fresh. It is not necessary to go to the gym and workout over there. You can play your favorite sport .

3.Avoid Sugar

Eating food products with added sugar is extremely unhealthy and it effects on  metabolic health.Sugar=glucose+fructose.Fructose is metabolized only by the liver in any significant amount.Eating a lot of refined sugar gets the liver flooded with fructose and is forced to turn it all into fat and accumulates large amount of belly fat.

5. Sleep on time.

Study shows that those women who sleep on time and have the same sleeping pattern for the whole week tend to have less belly fat than compared to those who sleep late at night and for a longer time.

6.Drink green tea and eat food rich in fiber
